1. License Grant
We grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use our templates strictly for personal, non-commercial use. No ownership is transferred.
2. What You May Do
- Download and print for your own events or for immediate family/friends (no payment).
- Edit text fields for personal use.
- Share links to our pages (not the files themselves).
3. What You May Not Do
- Commercial, client, or agency use; “for hire” or business use.
- Resell, redistribute, repackage, or upload to marketplaces (Etsy, Creative Fabrica, etc.).
- Use in print-on-demand or derivative products for sale.
- Remove watermarks/copyright, claim authorship, extract elements for reuse.
4. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the templates, artwork, and the Site are owned by Loopyzee or our licensors. Except as expressly granted, all rights are reserved.
5. Enforcement
We may suspend access and/or take legal action in case of abuse or infringement, including removal of content and DMCA complaints where appropriate.
